In this module, we examine:
1. The Two (2) options available once a community crosses the line of civil unrest.
2. Five (5) actions that must be taken when community relations break down.
Getting in The Trenches with Stakeholders
Creating and maintaining partnerships is the key to the quality of community life. This module examines the foundational principles needed to advance mutual respect.
Put A Mission In It
In this module, you will learn how to place a mission in a problem. The CBM Method for community problem solving is taught.
Option #2 One-Day Training/Strategic Planning Session
This is a one-day strategic planning session with agency executive leadership/command staff. Agenda will be created prior to strategy session. This option includes:
- Current State Evaluation
- Review of current mission
- In-depth evaluation of agency values, and analysis will be assessed.
- Creation of critical success factors
- Strategic Priorities
- Strategy creation/action planning, with risk/barrier assessment and alignment initiatives.
